Birth Doula Services

Prenatal planning session with personalized childbirth education and preparation
One postpartum care visit (1-4 weeks postpartum)
On call 24/7 labor support services (pre-labor and early labor assistance)
Continuous in-person labor support (active labor, transition, delivery)
Immediate postpartum and newborn support in hospital (supports bonding and sets up baby for a successful first latch experience)
Initial feeding/postpartum lactation coaching (ensures newborn is feeding successfully and enough milk is expressed consistently)
Intuitive eating guidance for motherhood and beyond
Ongoing virtual assistance 30 days postpartum for questions and referrals (phone, text, email)
Referrals available for all family members (parents, siblings, grandparents, pet care)
